Stopped by Family Farm & Home to get my propane tank refilled, and overall it went smoothly. The guy who helped me was friendly, knew what he was doing, and got it taken care of without any issues once he came out.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that I had to wait a little while before anyone showed up to help. It wasn’t a huge deal this time, and the price was fair, but if the wait gets worse I’d probably start going somewhere else. For now, I’d still come back

I found what I needed right away, and checkout took maybe a minute. There weren’t any unnecessary steps or hassle, just a really smooth experience overall.

I stopped in to pick up dog food and a few farm supplies, and overall it was a easy trip. I always feel better when stores have clear signs because I like knowing I’m headed in the right direction, and most of the aisles here were marked well enough that I wasn’t wandering around too much.

The pet and clothing sections were easy to spot right away, which was reassuring. The hardware area felt a little more mixed together than I expected, so I did have to backtrack once and double-check where I was going, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
All in all, it was a good visit. The aisles were clean, the cart moved through fine, and when I got turned around, a staff member pointed me the right way, which I appreciated. I’d give it 4 stars.

Most times I go to Family Farm and Home, parking is simple. The lot is right near the entrance, which is nice when I’m picking up feed or, well, anything heavier than I planned on buying.
There are usually plenty of open spots, even on weekends when it’s a little busier. I will say, some of the spaces could be a bit wider, actually, not a bit, just enough so you’re not squeezing out of the car next to a truck.
Overall, I don’t really have any big complaints. It’s easy to pull in, park, and get back out, which makes the whole trip feel a lot less like a hassle

That part was a little frustrating because you realize how much you rely on updates when you’re waiting for something. Family Farm and Home is in a really convenient spot for me, which is probably the biggest reason I end up there so often. It’s right along my usual route, so even if I’m not totally convinced I need to stop, it’s easy enough to swing in without making a whole trip out of it.
Parking has usually been simple too, and most of the time I can get in and out without much hassle. It definitely makes picking up feed or a few small things feel less annoying, which I guess is about all I can really ask for

Not a bad experience, but it could definitely be a little more organized.

Figured I’d roll the dice, but yep, it was actually there when I got to the store. That doesn’t always happen with other places, so that was clutch. You won’t find staff who aren’t friendly here. Everyone was helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel nice and relaxed.
